Dream.
When we first meet with potential clients we believe it is important to learn and understand their goals. We want to make our clients dreams a reality and prioritize their biggest wishes first.
During our first meeting we aim to answer all questions and start guiding the decision making process from there.
Visualize.
Once goals are defined and a feasible plan starts to form, we connect our clients with our in house draftsman who transforms dreams into a reality. Sometimes our clients present us with plans drawn elsewhere at our initial meeting which works perfect for us as well.
Using our estimation software, we compile an estimate of the building cost. This helps us determine if the project is going to be attainable within our clients budget before moving to the next step of the build.
Build.
Once the client approves the specifications and estimate on their home, the client and designer start making final selections and our team can begin building. Each of our custom home projects are assigned a Client Liaison who will be there to guide each of our clients through the home building process from beginning to end.
Before you know it, your dreams become a reality and your house becomes a home.
